Poker Calendar — Privacy Policy

In short: Poker Calendar does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything you create in the app — your planned schedule and your played-results records — is stored only on your own device and never leaves it unless you explicitly choose to share a schedule link.

What the app stores on your device

Your planned schedule — the tournaments you select and the number of entries you plan for each.
Your results records — what you choose to log about events you played: entries fired, buy-ins, cashes, finishing positions, payouts, and notes.

This data is saved in the app's private on-device storage. It is never uploaded to us or to any third party. We operate no servers that receive or hold it, and we cannot see it.

What the app downloads

The app downloads a public tournament schedule from pokercalendarapp.com over a secure (HTTPS) connection so the event list stays current. This is a one-way download of public event data — no personal information is sent with the request — and the schedule is cached on your device so the app works offline.

No accounts, no tracking, no ads

No sign-up, login, or user account.
No analytics or usage tracking.
No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
No third-party tracking SDKs.
No access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files.

Location (optional)

If you choose to find tournaments near you, the app asks for permission to use your device's location. It is read only when you ask for it, only while the app is open, and only to measure the distance to poker rooms on your device. Your location is never stored, never sent to us or to any third party, and never included in a shared link.

This is entirely optional: you can deny the request, or revoke it later in your device settings, and pick a region by hand instead. The rest of the app works the same either way.

Sharing a schedule

If you tap Share, the app builds a link that encodes only which tournaments you selected (as event identifiers). The link contains no personal information, and it is created and sent only when you choose to share it. Your results records are never included in a shared link.

Deleting your data

Because nothing is stored off your device and there are no accounts, removing your data is entirely in your control: clear your schedule or records inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove all of it.

Children

This app is an informational schedule and personal tracker for poker tournaments, intended for adults. It does not offer real-money play and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it.
